All service work for FOX FORX and SHOX should be performed by an authorized FOX Service Center. Any work done on the fork or shock not by a FOX Service Center will have its warranty void immediately.

Here are some of the service works that we do at Kian Hong Cycle and the costs for non-warranty services:

1) Fork Servicing
- Oil change
- Inspection of fork externals and internals
- Seal change
- Fork dust wiper change

Vanilla: $65 + Parts
Float, FRLT, FX: $75 + Parts
Talas: $85 + Parts
36 Van, 40: $90 + Parts
36 ('05), 36 Talas: $110 + Parts

2) Fork Lower Leg Bushing Change
- Oil change
- Bushing and crush washer change

All 32 forks: $35 + Parts [803-00-102 32 Bushing Kit $50]
All 36 forks: $35 + Parts [803-00-135 36 Bushing Kit $60]
All 40 forks: $35 + Parts [803-00-136 40 Bushing Kit $60]

3) Forx Travel Change
- Reduction of Fox Forx travel.
- Air forks travel reducible to 80mm. Vanilla forks travel reducible to
100mm (’06), 80mm (’05 and before).
- Bring along the travel reduction spacers that come with the fork.
Otherwise, travel spacers are at extra charge.

4) Rear Shock Air Sleeve Maintenance
- Cleaning of shock externals and internals
- Change of sleeve seals

Float R/RL, RP3: $40 (parts inclusive)

5) Rear Shock Full Service
- Sleeve seal maintenance
- Oil change
- Inspection of shock damping components
- Nitrogen recharge
- Damping seals change

Float R/RL, RP3, Vanilla R/RC: $95 + Parts
DHX Coil: $135 + Parts
DHX Air, Epic: $155 + Parts

6) DH Valving Upgrade
- Change to special racing shock body, pistons, shim configuration, etc.
- Ultra plush bottomless-feel compression
- Upgraded high speed compression valving
- More controlled rebound
- Firmer, better adjustment range for low speed compression.

8) Pro Pedal Upgrade

9) AVA Sleeve Upgrade
- Same as Air sleeve maintenance, but with Air sleeve changed to AVA
sleeve for better tuning of shock progression at end stroke.

1. A one month warranty is offered for all servicing work.

2. All the prices above are in Singapore Dollars. Note that GST will be added for Singapore customers.

Procedure to send in a fork or shock for service

1. Download and fill out the FOX Service Form [PDF 118kb] and make sure you include a detailed description of the problem (if any) before sending in the fork or shock to us, either directly or through your Fox dealer.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you send in only the fork or shock - not the whole bike!

2. If claiming warranty, the original purchase receipt MUST be attached.

3. FOR INDONESIAN AND MALAYSIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY: The return shipping is FREE. You are only responsible for sending the fork or shock in to us and we will send it back to you by postal service at our cost after servicing.
