HM carbon tubes‘’design by computer’’ |
A researched and developed design for performance: the tubes shapes
have been design by computer to optimize lateral stiffness and
aerodynamic compromise: over sized monobloc bracket, reinforced
junction tubes/head set, seat tubes diamond shape, profiled Top and
down tubes. The use of HM carbone gives a very light frame by puting
less material |

New geometry ‘’progressive sloping’’ ‘’Evolusize’’ |
The frame geometry is a new concept: progressive slooping.In small
sizes a very strong slooping (65 mm) and decrease down to zero in
size57. This give the oportunity to many riders to fit on that bike. |

Wishbone monobloc carbone ‘’double curve’’ |
The rear base is a concentrate of technology: Oversized base that
finished in tgriangle. A special drop out has been design to be the
link in between the base and the front triangle. This triangle drop
out as a goal of buttress. The wishobne is stiff enough on the
lateral side and comfort on vertical commfort, because it’s bended
twice ( Double Curve concept). The 486 has an exeptional
responsiveness combined with a hig level of comfort. |

HSC 5 SL FORK |
100% monobloc carbon fork of 295 grs. World wide exclusivity: The
moulded carbon drop out save a lot of weight. This technology save
some weight while reiforcing the stregnth at the same time. Using
also Very High modulus carbon fiber save weight. The conical head of
the fork with slides at 36° allows the bearings to fit perfectly.
This concept reinforced the strength at the head section. The ratio
Lightness/lateral rigidity of 15,33 % is so far the best in the
market today. |

LOOK patented head set |
The patent is based on two removable cup in the head set: 1. In case
of a damage in the head set kit section, the frame can not be damage
itself 2. Can adjust any head set kit on the market just removing
those two cups (36° et 45°) |
